Simon J. Harding is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly 30 years of experience in personal injury defense, automotive liability, and general liability defense. He leads the Personal Injury Defense section of the firm and has successfully represented individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations throughout Oregon and Washington. Over the course of his career, Simon has handled thousands of cases and has taken several hundred through arbitration or trial.
Well-regarded by both the defense and plaintiff’s bars, Simon is frequently selected to serve as an arbitrator in a wide range of matters, including both binding and non-binding proceedings. His fairness and legal insight have made him a trusted neutral in cases across the state.
Simon grew up in Estacada, Oregon—a small logging town in the Cascade foothills—and brings a grounded, practical perspective to his legal work. From a young age, he worked in various jobs, including as a farm laborer, gas station attendant, and retail store clerk. These early experiences shaped his strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
