Scott Snellings is a passionate and experienced personal injury attorney, driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals and families who have suffered life-altering losses. His calling to serve injury victims began during a college internship with respected trial attorney Cecil “Cas” Casterline, where he witnessed the devastating impact of a fatal trucking accident that left two young girls without their parents. That experience changed his career path, leading him away from medicine and toward the law.
A Texas native, Scott grew up in Plano after being born in Lubbock. He graduated from Plano East Senior High School and went on to attend Baylor University. Following his life-changing internship, he enrolled at Baylor University School of Law. While there, he distinguished himself as a member of the Baylor Law Review, Order of the Barristers, and the Abner McCall chapter of the Inns of Court.
Scott began his legal career at the defense firm Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P., where he focused on defending personal injury and product liability claims. In 2008, he shifted to representing injury victims and co-founded a personal injury firm in McKinney, Texas. Over the years, he has built a trial practice advocating for clients with moderate to catastrophic injuries, as well as families pursuing wrongful death claims.
Today, Scott leads Snellings Law PLLC with a client-first approach. His goal is to ensure that every client receives personalized attention, access to necessary medical care, and confidence in knowing they have a skilled advocate by their side throughout the process.
