Ross F. Lagarde’s practice focuses on plaintiff personal injury, motor vehicle accidents and business litigation. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas. His personal injury practice includes 18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle accidents and maritime/offshore accidents. His business litigation practice includes shareholder disputes, contract disputes, unfair trade practice claims, partnership disputes and real estate claims. He is currently Chairman of the Northshore Business Council, general counsel for the St. Tammany Parish Assessor; an elected member of the St. Tammany Parish Republican Executive Committee and serves on the board of directors of Metairie Bank.
