After graduating from Claremont McKenna College in 1974, I worked for Legal Service in Idaho as a paralegal for 2 years. I graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1979. I started the Montana Legal Services Law Unit soon after graduation. Then in 1983 I began private practice. I specialize in representing injured railroad workers throughout the West under the FELA and I handle discrimination and Whistleblower cases against railroads. I also represent people injured in construction and trucking accidents and I handle medical negligence cases.
