Monty A. McIntyre is a highly experienced CA civil trial lawyer who handles a few select cases in the areas of business, insurance bad faith, personal injury, real property and wrongful death litigation.
Monty has been a civil trial lawyer licensed in California since 1980 and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 1995. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants. He has tried to conclusion more than 100 cases, including 33 civil jury trials. His last three trials in the Superior Court resulted in unanimous jury verdicts for his clients. Monty has obtained more than $50 million in settlements and verdicts for plaintiff clients, and has obtained numerous defense verdicts, summary judgments and favorable defense settlements for defendant clients.
