Mark L. Thomsen uses his 35-plus years of experience to help victims of devastating injuries recover the just compensation they deserve. He regularly takes on cases concerning automobile collisions, and bike and truck accidents, medical and legal malpractice, civil rights violations, nursing home abuse and neglect and product liability, as well as wrongful death.
A blue collar worker for nearly a decade before pursuing a career in law, Mr. Thomsen understands and empathizes with his clients, many of whom are just trying to get by and live their lives to the fullest, only to be met with unforeseen circumstances that affect their quality of life. He strikes a balance between methodical and aggressive, and uses each of these approaches at the right time to maximize his quality of representation for his clients.
After graduating with his Bachelor of General Studies degree in 1984 from Indiana University Northwest, Mr. Thomsen attended the Marquette University Law School and received his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1987. Obtaining his license to practice in Wisconsin the same year, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 6th and 7th Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
