Mark Bainbridge is the founder of The Bainbridge Law Firm, L.L.C., located in Scottsdale, Arizona. With over 18 years of legal experience, he serves clients throughout the Phoenix metro area, Maricopa County, and across the state of Arizona.
Mr. Bainbridge is known for his thorough preparation and unwavering advocacy. He has successfully resolved numerous cases through favorable jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and negotiated settlements, earning a reputation for achieving results while keeping his clients’ goals at the forefront.
A native of Iowa, Mr. Bainbridge earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of Iowa. He went on to receive both his Master of Public Health and his Juris Doctor with distinction from The University of Iowa’s College of Public Health and College of Law.
He was admitted to the Arizona Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in 2004, and he is also licensed to practice in Oregon. Before launching his own firm, Mr. Bainbridge worked for private law firms where he gained valuable experience in personal injury, insurance defense, commercial litigation, homeowners association matters, and real estate law.
