John Kelly is the founder of the Kelly Law Team, a Phoenix-based personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Arizona. He focuses exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, advocating for individuals and families who have suffered losses due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others.
Mr. Kelly has successfully handled a wide range of serious injury cases, including those involving motor vehicle crashes, motorcycle and truck accidents, pedestrian injuries, dog bites, defective products, workplace incidents, and premises liability. Known for his thorough case preparation and commitment to his clients, he works diligently to secure the compensation his clients deserve—both economic and noneconomic.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Mr. Kelly studied economics at the University of Oxford before completing his Bachelor of Science in 2003. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2006. Early in his legal career, Mr. Kelly served in the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office, handling consumer protection cases, and later worked as a prosecutor at the Douglas County Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Kelly is an active member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Arizona Association for Justice. With a strong foundation in litigation and a deep sense of responsibility to those he represents, Mr. Kelly brings both legal acumen and compassion to every case he takes on.
