Jane Paulson is a seasoned trial attorney at Paulson Coletti Trial Attorneys, P.C. in Portland, Oregon. She represents individuals and families throughout Oregon and Washington in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and product liability cases. Known for her courtroom tenacity and client-focused approach, Jane has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of those harmed by the negligence or wrongdoing of others.
Jane earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1990. She began her legal career clerking for federal judge James M. Burns and later worked at a respected insurance defense firm. This early experience gave her valuable insight into the tactics of insurance companies—insight she now uses to advocate effectively for plaintiffs.
In addition to her legal practice, Jane has contributed to the legal community through service on local and state bar committees. She also served as an adjunct professor teaching Advanced Trial Advocacy at Lewis & Clark Law School, helping to train the next generation of trial lawyers.
