Jerry brings extensive litigation experience across a wide range of areas, including personal injury/wrongful death, occupational safety and health, construction, product liability, environmental law, intellectual property, and commercial disputes. He has represented individuals, businesses, and insurers nationwide, handling high-stakes and complex cases.
Before founding Fisher Bren & Sheridan, LLP, Jerry started his legal career at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., practicing in their California and Minnesota offices. He later served as managing attorney for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company’s Midwest litigation offices, overseeing cases in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Missouri. With his vast experience as a civil trial lawyer for both plaintiffs and defendants, Jerry is now expanding his practice to include mediation in both pre-suit and litigated matters.
