When Christopher W. Haden founded The Haden Law Office, he envisioned a firm that tirelessly advocates for the rights of those facing grievous injuries due to the reckless actions of others. He delivers quality and efficient services to the residents of Louisville, Kentucky, in a wide range of matters, including:
- Truck, motorcycle and car accidents
- Medical malpractice
- Product liability
- Premises liability
- Wrongful death
- Dram shop liability
- Libel, slander and defamation
- Food liability
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University in 1997, Mr. Haden earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2002. As an outstanding law student, he contributed to The Brandeis University Law Journal and The Journal of Law and Education. He was a recipient of the Chief Justice Joseph Lambert Scholarship and the Miller and Chevalier Scholarship. Furthermore, he won the school’s Pirtle-Washer Moot Court Competition, the most prestigious and oldest moot court competition.
Early in his career, Mr. Haden defended clients in personal injury cases as an attorney at some of Kentucky’s giant law firms. This experience gives him an added benefit to understand insurance companies and the tactics they use to deny claims or stall negotiations. He now represents only plaintiffs and has been successful in securing compensation for their medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering and diminished quality of life.
Outside of his law practice, Mr. Haden gives back to his local community by maintaining memberships in professional legal organizations such as the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
