Ben Simmons is a dedicated trial attorney with a diverse practice spanning personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, and civil rights litigation. Known for his strategic approach and tireless advocacy, Ben represents clients across Pennsylvania in state and federal courts, handling everything from jury and bench trials to appeals in the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ben has been recognized on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2017—a testament to his skill, commitment, and results-driven practice. Whether navigating high-stakes injury claims or complex constitutional issues, Ben brings a practical, client-centered focus to every case.
He earned his J.D. cum laude from Drexel University School of Law, where he concentrated in Business and Entrepreneurship, and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration from Bloomsburg University. His early experience includes a co-op at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in Corporate Finance and Business Litigation, a clerkship with Koller Law PC in civil rights and employment law, and serving as a founding fellow at Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic, evaluating growth-stage companies for private investment.
Ben currently lives in Philadelphia’s Graduate Hospital neighborhood with his wife, Tracy. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys distance running, traveling, and exploring the city’s vibrant culinary scene.
